Administrators, health educators, and prevention professionals are often asked to form advisory boards, develop community coalitions, and organize teams of paid and volunteer staff. “Making Meetings Work” teaches techniques and strategies to ensure that meetings are effective and move us closer to our short and long term goals. Specific examples related to tobacco program work will be a significant part of this workshop.
